    With regards to the delivery of bad news, timing is still needed to be there. Plus, you have to get over the fact that this information has truly upset you. Face your team with the determination that you will all get through this for as long as you get back to coordinating with one another.

    List down the suggestions of all the parties. Present them in the group meeting and get rid of those which can never be accepted by others. Do not stop until you reach the perfect kind of compromise and push these individuals to start anew.

    The upcoming apologies should be in their most sincere form. In that situation, your workers will start mingling with one another outside the shift again. So, be firm in your decisions as the CEO and that shall prevent this from happening again.
